Dr. G. Velayudhan MD (a visionary with a mission) did his Medical Graduation 1953 from Madras Medical College, then D.G.O, in 1956 and M.D.
Gynecology in 1959. In 1975 Dr. Velayudhan had a vision of providing quality health care and service to humanity. And thus was born
G.G.Hospital, the first major hospital of its kind in the private sector in the capital city of Kerala . It was a humble
beginning with 24 patients. However, with sincere untiring and dedicated work of Dr. Velayudhan supported by a powerful team work has brought the institution to the forefront. Now (27 years later), GG Hospital is a maternity hospital with two hundred beds and is renowned as one of the flagships in the Kerala's private sector.
